Referral Program

❓What:

Referrals are recommendations for our services by a party. It can be an email introducing a client to us, or it could be a client mentioning someone as the referrer to us.

In simple terms, referrers are people who will bring us business through recommendations and introductions.

This provides rewards for people recommending us and gives them with a nice passive income.

👤 Who:

The referrer must be registered with us, or known to us. An unknown entity will still be rewarded for their referral.

💸 Rewards

A referrer will earn a certain percentage of the yearly business we get from their recommendation.

In the case of a referral conflict, old referrals expire in 3 months if not successful.

Payments are disbursed after we receive payments.

For upfront payments, the referrer is paid upon maturity (when the upfront payment is no longer a deposit).

📈 Tiers

We will have 3 tiers of referrals:

For example, for a Silver tier referrer, if 1 client makes us a combined revenue is £100,000, then they will get £2,500 as referral commission for that 1 client.

USD, EUR or other currencies will be converted to GBP to calculate revenue.

Extra Rewards:

1. A free landing page website (One pager with a contact form and your information, can be for your business) after crossing 5k in revenue.
2. A minimum 5% discount on any of your own projects with us. Then it goes into the usual client discounts based on the criteria.
   1. We will ask for proof to ensure this is your personal or business project.
3. Platinum Referrers will be gifted a MacBook as they qualify.

💁🏻 How to refer:

One can refer a client to us in multiple ways:

1. You can send us an email to [email protected] introducing the client with them in the recipient list.
2. You can arrange an online meeting (we will help you set it up).
3. A client can mention you to us. You have to be identified by your phone number or email or something specific like your workplace and position.

▶️ We may call upon you to help signing the client up for our services if needed, just to boost their motivation.

▶️ Clients can be of any country that does not have a bad diplomatic relationship with the UK.

▶️ At the moment we do not have a referral links system as it’s more suited for online products and not services like ours.

❗Referral Conflicts

In terms of a client being referred to us by multiple referrers, we will use some matrices to define who gets the commission. They are as follows:

1. Who did the client mention the most?
2. Who was the most helpful for us to get the client to sign up for our services?
3. How long is the gap between these referrals? In the case of a referral conflict, old referrals expire in 3 months if not successful.

▶️ In the case where we feel like someone who deserves some reward outside of them being chosen, we may send out gifts for their help.

▶️ In the case of a conflict, we will reach out to all the referrers in time to make sure there are no misunderstandings.

Referrers will be communicated to from this email address.

Please use [email protected] for clients only.

▶️ Please mention that you would like to be a referrer and mention the following in your email:

1. Your full legal name
2. Your email to be used for all communication with you
3. Your phone number
4. Your work information (optional but helpful to identify you), like place of work and position.

▶️ Afterwards, we will send you an agreement form that needs to be agreed to by another reply and you’re all set.

▶️ You do not need to do this to start referring, but you will need to do this to receive payments. So you can start referring right away.

▶️ When we are ready to send you a payment, we will ask for bank details. We do not provide any cash commissions. The reference in the payment will be your referral ID and client information.

• The more hours worked for a client, the less they are charged.
  • If a client is billed 960 hours or more, they are given a permanent 10% discount for the current hourly/contract project and all future projects.
• We offer fixed price, monthly rolling and fixed term contracts.
  • Fixed price is a calculation of hours * hourly bill
  • Monthly rolling contracts can be cancelled at any time with a 4 weeks’ notice
  • Fixed term contract is for 6+ months. This works like any regular contract and can be cancelled with a cancellation fee + 4 weeks’ notice.
    • The cancellation fee is 80% of the remaining bills after the 4 weeks’ notice.
    • A cancelled fixed term contract cannot receive any discounts for the cancellation fee even if the client is qualified for it.
• Clients will hire a team, or individual developers, depending on the project

🚫 What we are NOT:

• We are not a traditional Website and SEO agency. While as a part of our offering we do build complex and performant websites, that’s only one of our offering. And we do not do any SEO work.
• We are not an alternative to online marketplaces. We provide quality work with quality people in a cost effective manner, but we are not in it for the pennies.
